DESCRIPTION:===REGISTER HERE===\n  \nJoin me at a 45F degree cold plunge tub. 🥶 \nI know… that’s crazy.🤪 \nYes\, it is! and it’s also an effective hack to improve your Nervous System and psychology. \nRegardless if this is your first time or you lost count already\, join me and a group of adventurous Optimizers in this experience. \nI’ll lead each one in the group to use the same breathing techniques that I use to help you get the most out of your cold plunge. \nThe ticket is $20 per person and you can use the cold plunge tub as many times as you want for 30 minutes. And if you add another $20 (total of $40)\, you can also use the sauna to create contrast in your body temperature. \nThis event is posted as Free because the actual ticket price will be decided by you at the location based on your preference: cold plunge solely or sauna included.
