Regardless if this is your first time or you lost count already, come join me and a group of adventurous Optimizers in this experience.
I’ll lead each one in the group to use the same breathing techniques that I use to help you get the most out of your cold plunge.
The ticket is $20 per person and you can use the cold plunge tub as many times as you want for 30 minutes. And if you add another $20 (total $40), you can also use the sauna to create contrast in your body temperature.
