Perhaps you’re sensing the signs of burnout. Your health is deteriorating, and sleep doesn’t come easily. But you still need to perform at your best.
We understand the time, energy, and bandwidth constraints of a burned-out startup founder. Our strategies have been tested with other founders and shown to lead to lasting, transformative changes.
After more than a decade in the tech industry using principles of Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) to lead and transform high-performance tech teams, I asked myself, Why not apply similar principles to my own personal development?
Thus I began my adventure of holistic self-improvement.
I have invested over $115k in personal funds over 15 years attending seminars, learning from experts, receiving coaching, and working on my own personal development. Through this process, I developed a strong desire to share the tools and techniques I learned to help others achieve clarity and purpose.

We’ll explore your goals for our coaching relationship and discuss the process. For this, we’ll ask you to repare two goals to achieve in the next three months (note that your goals may change as we go through the process). JJ Ruescas
Burnout happens in stages. Assessing where you are provides us with a diagnostic to work from. We’ll explore your beliefs, values, internal desires, and behaviors to get to the root of burnout, as well as what is it that get you into Optimal State.
You decide whether we’ll work together for 3, 6 or 12 months. During that time, we’ll meet every 10-14 days. During each session, you’ll determine 2-4 action steps to take before our next session. Those actions can be big (eg: writing an outline for your business plan) or small (calling a long-lost friend).
We’ll celebrate the progress you made, evaluate the results you got, and re-calibrate the strategy when needed. Through effective and small increments, we’ll get you out of burnout and into Optimal Performance.
∞ This is a process you can repeat indefinitely to produce results at any point in your life.
