Intro to Breathwork provides a curated blend of breathwork techniques, from invigorating to soothing practices. At the same time, the participants are encouraged to bring their own suggestions—whether breathing techniques, sound elements, or similar practices.
This collaborative approach ensures a dynamic and tailored experience, every single sesion.
