During this immersive half-day event, you will be guided through a range of breathing exercises and practices tailored to enhance your performance and well-being. You’ll learn how to harness the power of your breath to regulate your nervous system, manage stress, boost energy levels, improve focus and concentration, and promote overall physical and mental clarity & resilience.

This workshop is designed for anyone with a beginner and intermediate level in breathing and performance techniques.

The event will take place in a private residency in Ocean Beach, San Diego, California. The exact location will be disclosed once the ticket is bought.

  • Water bottle
  • Sportswear
  • Yoga mat
  • Blanked or jacket (trust us, your body will change temperature)
  • Eye mask (optional)
  • Have a light breakfast
