In this Virtual Breathwork Lab , you will navigate through different breathing protocols to help you optimize your nervous system. From relaxation to stimulation, you’ll discover the power of your own breath. This practice is designed to:
  • Calm and balance your nervous system.
  • Creates emotional capacity and connection to self.
  • Changes how you feel, think, and relate to the world and events around you.
  • Allows deep insights and understanding. (a.k.a. Get downloads)
What you need to improve your experience:
  • Have a space where you can lay down on the floor, bed or couch.
  • Have your camera turned on during the call. That way JJ can assess your nervous system.
  • Wear an eye mask
  • Have a blanket or sweater nearby
  • Have a journal or sketch book
  • Avoid having food 2-3 hours prior
This is a class crafted for beginner and intermediate levels. Come for the Oxygen. Stay for the Community :).
