​The Breathwork Exploration Session helps you navigate through different protocols. From relaxation to stimulation, you’ll discover the power of your own breath.

​Together, we’ll review what makes Breathwork a powerful and modern tool, how it affects our body and mind, and how you can harness it at home and at work.

​This workshop is divided into two parts:

Part 1
We’ll cover the theory behind optimal breathing, remove the myths and provide the principles of optimal breathing. You will also leave with actionable steps that you can take in the upcoming weeks.

Part 2
We’ll move straight into the practice! Get ready to experience a combination of Superventilation Techniques to reset your Nervous System and quiet the mind.

This session is designed to:

  • ​Calm and balance your nervous system

  • ​Improve your ability to fall asleep and get back to sleep if you wake up in the middle of the night

  • ​Expand emotional capacity and connection to self

  • ​Change how you feel, think, and relate to the world and events around you

​This session is specifically tailored for professionals who want to have more energy, focus, and resilience. Each session typically lasts 60-90 minutes.
