1st Breathwork Event with the FITT Finder Community

Breathwork is one of the top Technologies you can use at any time to Optimize your state and take your physical fitness to the next level 💪🏼.

In this Breathwork session you’ll experience different protocols, from relaxation to stimulation, to discover the power of your breath.🌬️

Join JJ Ruescas, Human Optimization Strategist, in covering the fundamentals of Breathwork as a powerful and modern tool, how it affects our body and mind, and how you can harness it at home and work.🚀

As this is the first time that FITT Finder will host a Breathwork event, the FITT Finder Team and JJ want you to connect with fellow Finders in Austin, TX after the session. 🤝🏼

What do you need to improve your experience?

  • A blanket or sweater
  • Yoga mat
  • Optional: an eye mask

Contraindications

If you are pregnant or currently experience glaucoma, detached retina, and some instances of recent surgery or injury, heart disease, high blood pressure, or severe mental health conditions such as psychosis or severe anxiety disorders, please let the instructor know when you arrive. You can still participate in the event, and JJ will provide you custom-tailor breathing protocols.

About this week’s theme: Habit Optimization

Our guest speaker is Erin Laverone. Erin is an expert nutrition, health, fitness, and habit coach, who has spent 15+ years helping clients live healthier, happier, and more productive lives through online and onsite coaching.

She is also Co-founder of The Habit Coach Professionals and is passionate about teaching people how to apply behavioral science so they can take action and do the things they need, want, and know they should do to achieve their desired lifestyles and long term goals.

In this session, Erin will cover the biggest hurdle in following through on your good habits, an overview of the science of habit formation, and Behavioral Science strategies to optimize healthy habits. 🚀
