🔹What is this Workshop about?

This is an 8-hour experience where participants are guided through macrodosing and breathwork to enhance embodiment, reduce the mental chatter, and enable introspection at a deeper level.

The participants consume sacrament at doses that enable them to get into altered states of consciousness, and open up their minds to new perspectives.

This journey is lead by Whitney Lasseter and JJ Ruescas, and a group of sitters.

🔹About the Facilitators

Whitney Lasseter is the Visionary Founder of ATMA Church.

She leads people through journeys using different sacraments to enable emotional and mental release.

JJ Ruescas is a Human Optimization Strategist and Breathwork facilitator.

He uses his extensive knowledge in mental and emotional regulation, nervous system, and breathwork to guide the participants throughout the journey.

Whether you have experience in solo journeys using entheogens or not, this experience will provide a different perspective about yourself, your body, and your emotions.

We requests participants to fill out the Intake Form first, and wait for approval before making your payment.
