Breathwork is one of the top technologies you can use anytime to Optimize your state.

The Intro to Breathwork session introduces Superventilation techniques (Breathwork), led by JJ Ruescas. Don’t be misled by the term “Introductory”—this session goes beyond basic. You’ll explore different protocols, from relaxation to stimulation, and discover the power of your breath.

We’ll cover what makes breathwork a powerful, modern tool, how it impacts your body and mind, and how you can harness it at home and at work.

This session is designed to:

  • Calm and balance your nervous system,
  • Provide deep insights and understanding,
  • Expand emotional capacity and connection to self,
  • Enhances physical well-being and vitality,
  • Change how you feel, think, and relate to the world around you.

What do participants need for this practice?

  • Your favorite yoga mat
  • A cozy blanket or jacket
  • Optional: an eye mask
  • Optional: a pillow
  • Optional: a notebook or sketchbook

Please fast for at least 2 hours before the session. Light meals are fine, but avoid heavy or excessive food. Stay hydrated and arrive feeling energized.
