In this 90-minute workshop on mental health, we’ll be focusing on avoiding burnout in pratical and sustainable ways.

We’ll start by defining what burnout is and why it’s important to recognize and address it. We’ll explore the signs and symptoms of burnout and discuss the long-term effects it can have on our well-being.

We’ll discuss various self-assessment tools and techniques that can help you better understand your own stress levels and identify areas of your life that may be contributing to burnout.

In the second half of the workshop, we’ll focus on practical techniques for avoiding burnout and achieving becoming resilient.
