This workshop helps you navigate through different protocols. From relaxation to stimulation, you’ll discover the power of your own breath.
Together, we’ll review what makes Breathwork a powerful and modern tool, how it affects our body and mind, and how you can harness it during your 24 hours.
The class will be from 10am to 11:30am and we will get to enjoy a mini brunch and snacks afterwards, prepared by our organic retreat chef!
