Optimal Breathing Workshop

In this workshop, you will discover the power of your own breath to manage your state under any stressful situation, calm your mind, and achieve an optimal functioning of your mind, body, and emotions with minimal effort.

This workshop is divided into two parts:

Part 1

We’ll cover the theory behind optimal breathing, remove the myths and provide the principles of optimal breathing. You will also leave with actionable steps that you can take in the upcoming weeks.

Part 2

We’ll move straight into the practice! Get ready to experience a combination of Superventilation Techniques to reset your Nervous System and quiet the mind.
