Together, we’ll review what makes Breathwork a powerful and modern tool, how it influences our nervous system and our thoughts, and how you can harness it at home and at work.

This session is designed to:

  • Provide an introduction to Breathwork. The What, Why, and How of it.
  • Calm and balance your nervous system
  • Changes how you feel, think and relate to the world and events around you
  • Expands emotional capacity and connection to self
  • Allows deep insights and understanding

Who is this session for?

This session is specifically tailored for anyone interested in improving and sustaining their well-being.

No need for previous expertise.

The instructor − JJ Ruescas − usually says: “You just need to bring your lungs and a beginner’s mind.

Note: This breathwork session can be intense for pregnant women after the 3rd month, or for people who recently suffered a neurological disease.

What you need to improve your experience:

1. Bring:

  • A blanket or sweater
  • Yoga mat
  • Sportswear
  • Water bottle
  • An eye mask (optional)
  • A pillow (optional)
  • A notebook/sketchbook and a pen (optional)

2. Avoid having a heavy meal at least 2 hours prior to the session.

3. Wear comfortable sportswear
