System Reset – Sound Bath & Breathwork

In this event, you will experience the powerful combination of breathwork and sound therapy, two ancient practices that can help you relax, heal, and harmonize your mind, body, and soul.
Breathwork is a technique that uses conscious breathing to activate your energy, release emotions, and clear blockages. A Himalayan Sound Bowl Bath is a form of sound therapy that uses specialized bowls to create soothing vibrations that resonate with your cells and brainwaves. Together, these modalities can offer you many benefits, such as:

What to expect:
- The event will last for 90 minutes, where breathwork and sound bowls will be combined in unique ways.
- You will be lying down on a yoga mat, with blankets and pillows for your comfort. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
- You will be instructed on how to breathe and what to focus on during the session. You will also have the opportunity to share your experience and ask questions afterwards.
- You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and restored.
