What do participants need for this practice?
- Your favorite yoga mat
- A cozy blanket or jacket
- Water bottle
- Optional: an eye mask
- Optional: a pillow
- Optional: a notebook or sketchbook
Please fast for at least 2 hours before the session. Light meals are fine, but avoid heavy or excessive food. Stay hydrated and arrive feeling energized.
