π
Every sensation & every perception we have of our inner bodies and our abilities to operate in the physical world have to do with the information that our brains receive from our bodies.
This information could not be possible without reflexes. ππ
Reflexes are represented in every part of our being, from our physical reflexes that grow us from babies and protect us from harm, to our automatic reflexes like our heartbeat and breath, to our emotional responses like fear & laughter.
β¨Reflexive information is important to the way we shape meaning, memory, and the motivations to act in the work with conviction. We must care for our reflexes at all costs!β¨
But what does that mean? Join me for a conversation about our reflexes and how they shape our beings and meanings β as well as the tools we need to care for them properly.
After soaking up all that wisdom, let’s dive into our traditional breathing session.
π It is not the typical meditation π
We will use ancient and modern breathing techniques to hack and reset your nervous system and prepare you for the week. At the end of the session, you will feel a new depth of relaxation.
π Secure your spot for βLearn and Breatheβ now and join us for an evening of exploration, learning and practical ways to improve your mind, body and emotions. I can’t wait to see you there!
