In this Breathwork Exploration Session, you will navigate through different breathwork protocols. From relaxation to stimulation, you’ll discover the power of your own breath.
We’ll go over what makes breathwork a powerful and modern tool, how it affects our body and mind, and how you can harness it at home. This practice is designed to:
- Calm and balance your nervous system.
- Creates emotional capacity and connection to self.
- Changes how you feel, think, and relate to the world and events around us.
- Allows deep insights and understanding. (a.k.a. Get downloads)
What you need to bring to improve your experience:
- A yoga mat
- A jacket or cozy blanket
- An eye mask
- 1-2 pillows
- A journal to write down or sketch
- Avoid having a heavy meal 3-4 hours in advance
